Eight Winning Murals Highlight Blairs District Festival in Silver Spring

Washington Post contributor and DMV-area influencer, Austin Graff, posted on his instagram account about the new murals. He highlighted a mural completed by LaToya Peoples, a piece called “Give Them Their Flowers” at 8380 Colesville Road. He recognized this as a powerful mural with the goal of instilling pride in the community.
